Shipping Conditions
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, it will be placed in a confirmation queue. Our staff will confirm the order you placed online and forward the order information to the production unit to process the order. After we confirm your order, we will send you an email to inform you that your order has been successfully confirmed. Sometimes this order confirmation and email sending process happens automatically. The order confirmation process can take up to 12 hours.

The estimated time from confirming your order to its successful delivery to your address depends on two factors:
+ Processing Time: 2 – 4 business days
This is how long our staff needs to process, package, and forward the order to the shipping partner. The order processing time depends on the item you ordered.
+ Transit Time: 6 – 8 business days
This is how long the shipping company needs to deliver your order to your address. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Total Delivery Time: 8 – 12 business days.
The estimated total time from placing the order to shipping your order to your desired address is approximately 8 – 12 business days.

Business days: We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, so Monday to Friday are our business days.
Holidays and peak season: Due to certain German and international holidays, especially during peak season, domestic and international deliveries may take an additional 7 days.
Shipping Methods in Germany
We use the standard shipping option and DHL as our shipping partner for almost all orders.
Most of our orders are delivered on time and we recommend checking our estimated delivery times before placing your order. Your satisfaction is our priority and if for any reason you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified on our website, we are obligated to offer you two options: a reshipment or a refund, according to your preference. Simply contact us at kontakt@rottsento.com and we will promptly resolve the situation to ensure your complete satisfaction.
International Shipping
Thank you for your interest in our products. We are currently focused only on developing the US market. We do not deliver goods or services to other countries.
Order Tracking
Once we have confirmed your order and forwarded it to the shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your order. If you activate this link and do not yet see any shipping information, it means that the carrier has not yet processed your package. After the carrier scans your package into the system, shipping information will appear on the tracking website.
If your order is still in "shipping" status after 10 business days, please contact our customer service by email at kontakt@rottsento.com so that we can process it promptly.
Shipping Costs within Germany: Free Shipping
Our shipping service is free for all orders. Whether you buy 2, 3, or even 5 products, the shipping costs remain the same and are simply free. This way, we make shopping with us more convenient and cost-effective for you.
If the tracking code status is "complete" but you have not received your order, please first check around your home, as it may be hidden somewhere. If this still doesn't help, please contact the shipping company we specified in the shipping status notification email. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the support team at kontakt@rottsento.com.
Shipping orders to multiple addresses
Suppliers only ship to a single destination. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (Restriction Addresses)
When entering billing information, enter the city as APO, FPO, or DPO, the state/province/region as AA, AE, or AP, and the country/region as United States when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO. Standard deliveries can take up to 40-45 days to arrive at these addresses. Please note that we can no longer update the shipping status once your package reaches a military area due to security reasons.

Tax
At ROTTSENTO, our goal is to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. Accordingly, all product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. The stated price is the exact amount you will be charged, so there are no additional tax fees at checkout. We pride ourselves on our upfront pricing, so you can shop with confidence without unexpected costs.
