Product reviews

You can submit a product review on our site and share your experiences with our products with other users. You have two options for doing this:

1. Email for submitting a review after product purchase

  • After your order, you will receive an email from us. By clicking on the "Review now" button, you will be taken directly to the corresponding review form for your purchased product.
  • You will then receive an email including your submitted review.
  • The review will be checked before publication. After your review has been approved, it will appear on the product detail page of the product you reviewed – this may take a few days.
  • Product reviews with the note "Verified Purchase" are reviews from customers who have actually purchased the product.
  • You can unsubscribe from product review emails at any time via the link provided in these emails.

2. Review directly on the product page

  • Alternatively, you can submit a product review on the product detail page of the product you wish to review by clicking on the "Review now" button. Simply fill out the form that opens and then click on "Publish review".
  • You will then receive an email including your submitted review. Please confirm this by clicking on "Confirm review".
  • The review will be checked before publication. After your review has been approved, it will appear on the product detail page of the product you reviewed – this may take a few days.

Please note the following when submitting your review:

  • In your review, focus exclusively on the product.
  • Do not mention competitors or prices.
  • Please write the review in German.

General information on product reviews:

  • Reviews are automatically ordered chronologically.
  • We publish reviews and keep them for a maximum of 5 years.
  • You can change your review and, if necessary, request its withdrawal.
  • No compensation is provided for submitting reviews.

To ensure optimal quality of reviews, we ask you to

  • provide an overall rating – using stars,
  • find a short title,
  • and describe your experience with the product in a few of your own words.

Furthermore, you have the option to tell us

  • whether you would recommend the product,
  • whether the product model matches the photo,
  • how you rate the quality and material of the product using a star rating,
  • how you rate the fit overall and differentiated (e.g., depending on the item's length, sleeves, etc.).

Personal information:

  • To publish your review, we need your nickname, which will be displayed along with your review.
  • Please do not provide any personal data (such as your full name).
  • You are free to provide us with your gender and place of residence.
  • To confirm your review and so that we can inform you whether your review will be published on our website, you must provide us with your email address. This will not be displayed publicly.
